Health insurance provider
You will not need to pay for your admission during your stay in the hospital. There is also no need to pay immediately after your admission: we will send your invoice directly to your health insurance provider and your hospital insurance provider first.
You will then receive an invoice for the co-payment amount (your personal share as determined by the law) and any additional costs.
If you spend more than 30 days at the hospital, we may send you an interim invoice.
Paying your invoice
You must pay your invoice immediately as soon as you receive it.
The hospital will send the invoice for the full amount to the insurance institution of your employer if you provide us with the following information.
- Name and address of employer
- Name and address of the insurance company of your employer
- Policy number
- Date of work accident
You can still claim costs that are not covered by the occupational accident insurance from your hospital insurance.
Need a duplicate?
- Print your invoice yourself via mynexuzhealth.
- Request a duplicate from the medical administration department for a fee.
