First the health insurance fund

Before your planned admission, no advance payment is requested. During your hospital stay, you do not have to pay.

After your admission, the invoice will first be forwarded directly to your health insurance fund and possibly to your hospitalisation insurance.

You will then receive an invoice for the co-payment (your personal share determined by law) and additional costs. We ask that you pay the invoice immediately upon receipt.

Are you unable to present a valid identity document when registering? In that case, from 1 April, you will receive the full hospital bill yourself and must contact your health insurance fund for reimbursement.

This is a legal regulation that also applies to children under 12.

What to bring upon your admission
