If your application needs to be approved by the Ethics Committee Research (EC Research), please choose one of the options below:
You apply for research that is entirely covered by one or more research project(s), already approved by EC Research
- Fill in the form "formulier ethisch advies" and sign it
- Send the form to ec-submission@uzleuven.be, together with your FWO application
You apply for research that is covered by a research project already approved by EC Research, provided an amendment is being submitted:
- Fill in the form "formulier ethisch advies" and sign it
- Send the form to ec-submission@uzleuven.be, together with 1/your FWO application and 2/ the amendment
You apply for a new research project (not covered by previously approved reserach project):
- Register your project at the Clinical Trial Center (CTC)
- Start preparing the file for EC Research
- Fill in the form "formulier ethisch advies" and sign it.
- After validation of the CTC: send all study documents, together with the form to ec-submission@uzleuven.be.
