Preparations

Badge, key and login

Your studentcard will become a badge/key, this is activated remotely in advance. On your first day someone will accompany you to check practical arrangements such as your entrances by studentcard.

Setting up accesses for trainees

Prior to your internship, you will receive some emails to set up your personal accesses at UZ Leuven. Read what you need to do for this yourself.

First internship day

Parking

Ask about parking options at the access management service 'Toegangsbeheer' when you go to collect your badge or have it activated.

Uniform collection

You can get your UZ Leuven uniform or professional clothing from a clothing dispenser (KUA) with your access badge. How does a KUA work and where can you find one?
