Badge, key and login
Your studentcard will become a badge/key, this is activated remotely in advance. On your first day someone will accompany you to check practical arrangements such as your entrances by studentcard.

Changing room and clothes dispenser
Immediately look for your assigned changing room and the nearest clothing dispensing machine (KUA) where you can collect your uniform on the first internship day.

The day itself
Someone will show you how to:
- Collect your uniform from a KUA.
- Get changed in the changing room.
- Go to your ward and back to your changing room/the exit.
You will have:
- a brief contact with the coordinator of internships
- the chance to get familiar with the wayfinding in UZ Leuven
The second day
- Collect your uniform from a KUA.
- Get changed in the changing room.
- Your internship starts after an introduction on the ward.
Bring along
- Activated student badge of your (high) school and a badge holder
- Shoes
- Paper for the department with:
- Photo of yourself
- First name and surname
- Contact details
- Internship objectives and learning goals
- KWS-login if you have done an internship at UZ Leuven before
