So you’d like to support us by collecting money at a special occasion or by organising an event. What is the best way to do this?

A special occasion

Are you planning a birthday party, wedding, graduation party or retirement celebration? You can invite your guests to make a donation to one of our projects.

In memoriam

Would you like a donation to be made, in memory of someone who has died, to a good cause linked to UZ Leuven? That’s also possible.

Via a personal code

Through KU Leuven’s Fundraising Office, you can request a unique structured reference that your friends, family or colleagues can use when making their donation.

  • In this way, all donations go directly to the cause you have chosen.
  • By having the money paid directly, every donor is eligible for a tax certificate from €40 upwards.
  • You can then receive the names of the donors so that you can thank them for their contribution.

An event

Is there a good cause linked to UZ Leuven that inspires you and for which you’d like to organise a concert, bike ride or another event? KU Leuven’s Fundraising Office will gladly help you to publicise your initiative to a wider audience.

Support UZ Leuven as a company or organisation

Would you like your company to contribute to warm care initiatives or research within UZ Leuven? Our donation adviser will guide you through the options and present the different ways in which you can break ground together with UZ Leuven for our patients.

UZ Leuven Charity

With a donation to UZ Leuven Charity, you allow the hospital to decide how your donation is used. Your support enables us to keep breaking ground together to provide warm, personalised and accessible care.

A specific fund or project

Wilt u de bestemming van uw steun zelf bepalen? Dan kunt u kiezen om een van de vele specifieke fondsen en projecten te steunen die verbonden zijn aan bijvoorbeeld een aandoening, discipline of zorgprogramma.
