Step 1 - Apply for a unique booking code
To book your hotel room at the reduced rate for families and next of kin of in- or outpatients, you need a unique booking code.
Ask UZ Leuven reception for this code.

- First + last name
- E-mail address
- Medical department or ward within UZ Leuven
Step 2 - Book your room
With your unique booking code you can book directly your room with The Lodge-group.

Conditions
The Lodge-group offers hotel rooms at preferential rates according to availability. UZ Leuven cannot guarantee to extend your stay. The hotel will assess your request to extend your stay according to availability.
In certain periods, these preferential rates (subject to booking code) are not applicable. Those periods can be found below the price list.
The guest pays the preferential rate directly to the hotel of The Lodge-group at check-out, upon presentation of the unique booking code.
There is a tourist tax of € 1 per night per person.
Are you worried about the cost of your stay? Make an appointment with the social worker of the ward.
The hotels do not have private parking. For long-term parking, please refer to the public car parks of UZ Leuven or parking De Bond near Leuven station.
Hotel Royale and the Theater Hotel are within walking distance of Leuven station and are easily accessible with public transport from UZ Leuven.
