The volunteers can help you to access your medical records at home. They can also help you install and register the app mynexuzhealth, register for your appointment or log in to the website with your eID or Itsme authentication.

They can also provide you with a code card and password, information on linking third-party records (parents, children...), reporting a problem, etc.
