Identification kids

In order to give your child the right care and medication, we want to ask you for your help and understanding.

Your child will be given an identification band. This should be worn at all times. Possible the bed will be labelled as well. Together with you, the nurse will check regularly whether both bands are correct. 

The wristband (or the identical band on the bed) will be scanned day and night for the administration of medication. This can cause some discomfort, such as light and noise. 

When the wristband goes missing, becomes illegible or is defective, you can always call on a nurse. We will then get you an new identification band.
