Mail

You can receive mail and parcels at the ward. Make sure your full first name and surname are listed at the top of the ward address. Mail to be sent may be given to the nurse with postage paid or you may post it yourself in the mailbox at the hospital entrance.

Outside at the East access (toegang Oost), you'll find a mailbox.

Mail for patients

You can also have mail or parcels delivered to an admitted patient. Always include the following details:

  • Full (official) name
  • Unit or department
  • UZ Leuven
    Herestraat 49
    3000 Leuven
  • Sender's details so that we can return the mail or parcel if the patient went home in the meantime.
