Parking rates at Gasthuisberg campus

There are two types of rates for single parking: the care rate (for patients) and the general visitor rate. The care rate has 3 formulas: day pass, weekly pass and 10-entry pass.

Keep your parking entry ticket safe. You will use the same ticket to exit the parking.

Payment can be made anywhere with a Belgian debit card or in cash. In both Parking Oost and Parking West, a limited number of payment terminals accept credit cards or foreign bank cards. Please check the logos on the payment terminals.

For Parking Oost, the payment terminal is located in the glass walkway between Toegang Oost and the parking.
For Parking West, the payment terminal is on level +1 near the parking entrance.

After payment, you'll have 20 minutes to exit the parking.

Care rate (day pass - weekly pass - 10-entry pass)

Patients benefit from a reduced parking rate: the care rate.

The care rate has 3 formulas: (1) day pass - (2) weekly pass - (3) 10-entry pass.

The weekly pass can also be used by relatives of a hospitalised patient.

Activating the care rate

The care rate can be activated at any time, from registration to leaving for the parking.

Activation is done via the registration kiosk, the mynexuzhealth app, or with the registration desk staff.

What does the care rate cost?

Day pass

The day pass costs a maximum of €6 per entry and per 24 hours of parking time, provided your car does not leave the parking during this period.

  • patients with 3 or more appointments in a week (7 days).

  • Price: €20
  • To be requested during registration (with the desk staff, at the registration kiosk, via mynexuzhealth – keep the parking ticket handy).
  • Payment is made at the terminal before your first exit.
  • When exiting, the ticket reader will give you the ticket back. You can then reuse it for subsequent entries and exits. (Do not take a new ticket.)
  • The weekly pass is valid up to and including the seventh day after purchase.

A 10-entry pass may be of interest to patients with multiple appointments over a one-year period.

  • To check the number of entries remaining, insert the ticket into the terminal or the ticket reader at the barrier when exiting.
