Availability
The Lodge-group offers hotel rooms at a reduced rate subject to availability. UZ Leuven cannot guarantee that you will be able to extend your stay. The hotel will assess your question to extend your stay according to availability.
At certain times these reduced rates (with booking code) do not apply. You can find these periods in the price list.
Payment
Guests pay the reduced rate in The Lodge group hotel directly at check-out, after presenting the unique booking code.
There is a tourist tax of € 1 per night per person.
Parking
The hotels do not have private parking. For long-term parking we would like to refer to the public parkings of UZ Leuven or parking De Bond near the station of Leuven.
Hotel Royale and the Theater Hotel are within walking distance of the Leuven station and are easily accessible with public transport from UZ Leuven.
