The carers and staff at UZ Leuven do their best to provide quality patient care. Despite their efforts, certain aspects of the treatment may not always go as expected or desired.
Your comments, experiences, suggestions and complaints are an important source of information for UZ Leuven to improve patient care. Aspects with which you are not entirely satisfied in particular are worth mentioning. This provides tips to work on improving the quality of the services provided.

Ombudsman service
If you have any complaints you can contact the ombudsman service on 016 34 48 18. You should preferably complete the form below, but you can also send a message via ombudsdienst@uzleuven.be. The ombudsman service can be contacted directly on working days between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm. Outside these hours you can leave a message on the answering machine and you will be contacted later.
